Spinach and Mandarin Orange Salad


8 cups torn spinach
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange sections, in light syrup or in own juice, drained 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons roughly chopped pecans or 2 tablespoons roughly chopped walnuts 1/2 cup fat-free raspberry vinaigrette

Put two cups spinach on each of the FOUR dishes.
Organize half cup of mushrooms and ONE THIRD cup of oranges over the spinach.
Use one tbsp of cheese and 1.5 tsp of nuts as sprinkles all over every serving. Then use two tbsp of vinaigrette to drizzle over each serving.
