8 (4 ounce) salmon fillets 1/2 cup peanut oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons green onions, chopped 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced


Take the peanut oil, balsamic vinegar and blend them together with lemon juice, green onions, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, sesame oil, ginger, paprika, salt, pepper and pepper flakes in a bowl.
Then mix the salmon fillets with the marinate.
Then keep, covered, in refrigerator for TWO TO TWENTY FOUR hrs.

Then put the fillets on grill. And cook for FOUR min per side.
