Cinnamon and Raisin Oats

250 ml skim milk ( 1 cup) 1 tablespoon sugar
45 g instant oats ( 1/2 cup) 1 1/2 tablespoons raisins 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground cinnamon, extra to serve (optional)
Take the milk and mix it with sugar in saucepan and heat to boiling over moderate temperature.
Blend in oats. Blend in raisins. Blend in cinnamon.
Cook, mixing from time to time, for THREE min or till become thick. Then distribute into bowls and use additional cinnamon as sprinkle.
